Setup
Get started with OneDiary
Create your account, follow the setup steps and get ready to take bookings.
Create your account
Start by creating a OneDiary account from the public website. Use an email address you can access easily, because important setup and booking messages will be sent there.
After signing in, OneDiary will guide you through the first setup steps. You can finish the essentials in one go or come back later.
Work through the setup wizard
The setup wizard helps you add the details customers need before they book. It usually covers your business details, contact choices, payments, services and working hours.
- Add the business name customers know you by.
- Choose whether to connect payments now or come back to it later.
- Create at least one service with a price and duration.
- Set the hours when customers can book.
Check the basics before sharing
Before sending your booking link to customers, preview your public booking page. Make sure your business name, services, prices, deposit wording and available times look right.
If something is missing, go back to the matching area in the portal and update it. Keeping the first setup simple is better than trying to perfect every detail on day one.
What to do next
Once your booking page is ready, share it from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, your website or anywhere customers usually contact you. New bookings will appear in your diary with their payment status.
