What your profile is for
Your business profile controls the public details customers see before they book. It helps people recognise your business and understand who they are booking with.
Details worth adding
- Your trading name, written the way customers know it.
- A short bio that explains what you do in plain English.
- Your phone number, address or service area where relevant.
- Links to your website and social pages, if you use them for customer enquiries.
Keep it clear
A good profile does not need to be long. A few helpful lines are enough: what you offer, where you work and anything customers should know before booking.
Avoid adding private notes, internal policies or anything customers do not need at the booking stage.
Booking settings
Your profile area may also include simple booking rules, such as the time interval shown between available slots, cancellation notice and reminder choices. Set these to match the way you already work.
