How client accounts work

Help customers see appointments and keep their booking details together.

What client accounts are for

Client accounts help customers keep track of appointments they have booked with you. They can sign in to see appointment details and manage supported booking actions.

Customers can still book simply

The public booking flow should stay quick. Customers choose a service, time and enter their details first. Account features are there to help them afterwards, not to make booking feel complicated.

Use clean customer details

When customers book, OneDiary collects the basic details needed for the appointment, such as name, email and phone number. Keep notes relevant to the booking and avoid asking for information you do not need.

Viewing customers in the portal

Use the Clients area to look up customer details and booking history. This is helpful when someone messages you, asks about an appointment or books again later.
