Can clients send design references before their appointment?
Yes. Once a client has a booking and a OneDiary account, you can exchange messages, reference photos and documents in the app. The conversation stays linked to the client, ready for their appointment.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients can book through your public booking page in their web browser. The OneDiary app is also available for clients to keep all their bookings in one place.
